Such a lovely recipe. I thought I would add a few gold ball decorations and contrast with knobbly pieces of pistachio nuts to complement the base. I risked piercing my fingers to decorate with the fierce holly from my garden, but thought that the decoration around the plate, to finish off the Christmas theme was worth it. This cheesecake will certainly be included on the Festive table this year.
