"OK so mommy really, really wanted to win a signed copy of Nigella's new cookbook for daddy because he thinks Nigella is super sexy and you needed to bake the Gleaming Maple Cheesecake and send in a photo. But mom only had a 23cm pan (it called for 20cm) and the whole cooking it in water thing was a disaster because the water seeped into the cake then she overcooked the cake to get rid of the water and then we stuck our fingers into it to taste it and told her it tasted like an omelette.
