I love the flavours of maple and apple and salty buttery popcorn. I added a layer of maple flavoured applesauce in the cheesecake and topped it with a homemade maple syrup apple jelly. Caramel hazelnuts and caramel apple chips and salted caramel popcorn. I'm hoping to win this cookbook for my daughter who has moved away to school and has discovered she has to cook in order to do her favourite thing. Eat.
