I always start a Nigella recipe with confidence. She never failed me! There were no major mishaps during the making of the cheesecake. The only thing is that it didn't get as high as in the photo, but maybe my cake pan was too wide. It was delicious, without being too sweet. I added pecans on top to contrast with the velvety texture of the dessert.
