When Nigella asked us to prepare a gleaming cheesecake, this is certainly what was produced with this lovely recipe. As this beauty chilled it developed a shiny glaze even before the maple syrup was lusciously drizzled and oozed over the cake producing this beautiful mirrored gleam.
