On these chilly autumnal evenings, this golden maple syrup cheesecake goes down a treat! Pure deliciousness! Slightly larger than the prescribed recipe as my tin was much larger, but multiplying the ingredients by 1.25 was the perfect formula - and even more so as there was an abundance to share!
