Gleaming Maple Cheesecake made especially for my husband on his birthday (11/18) My husband loves pecans so I added extra pecans on top. It's smooth and creamy and not too sweet. Love the hint of lemon and the crushed pecans in the crust. I couldn't find digestive biscuits so I used graham crackers for the base. Delish!
