This recipe filled me with excitement straightaway! I decided to try it, a nod to my Canadian cousins, whom I have recently re-connected with during lockdown. Enjoying weekly zoom calls and sharing stories, one being their family tradition of collecting the 'liquid gold' from their own maple trees! I've decorated my cheesecake with cinnamon scented candied pecans for an additional layer of flavour and texture. Thanks Nigella!
