As we are deep into spring here in New Zealand, I decided to decorate this cheesecake with flowers from my garden, Delphiniums, Bearded Iris, and Rhododendrons. I feel the colour of the flowers next to the cheesecake itself worked quite well. This was a fun recipe to make, and and it proved rather difficult to keep by fingers out of the mixture sampling along the way.
