The Maple Cheesecake recipe is one of my all-time favourites by Nigella and we’ve made it often over the years. I’m a traditionalist and so follow the recipe religiously and it comes out perfect every time. Cheesecakes can be difficult to make, especially to avoid the dreaded cracking but we’ve never struggled with this recipe and it is absolutely delicious, a real crowd-pleaser. We serve using our Disney wedding china, that only comes out for special occasions but this recipe deserves it. Drizzled with a layer of maple syrup, perfection on a plate!
