My 1st attempt at these , nailed it . So delicious . Followed the recipe using ground almonds instead of hazelnuts and added a touch of nutmeg too. Raspberry jelly & jam , full on flavour . Intended for my husbands Christmas bake off , turns out we are both now working from home , my win then !
