Wonderful linzer cookies! We loved them for Christmas and litlle gifts to the loved ones. I used chocolate hazelnut spread for the filling and it worked great! For the dough, I made half with almond meal and half with roasted ground hazelnuts. Both were delicious, but I think the halzelnut version has something extra!
