First of all, sorry for my English :) oh Nigella, Linzer Cookies are for me the one and only cookie I make at Christmas, I love them! Since I was a child I made them with my mum. Now she has dementia and doesn't bake anymore, so that's my gift for her! I love my baking afternoon, all alone with nice music.. the cookies look lovely and taste fantastic. The only thing I changed in the recipe is I use vanilla instead of cinnamon and to finalize I use my homemade raspberry jam.
