My "Cookies for Santa" are these divine Linzer Cookies made with love, almonds, and gluten free flour. I've got two fillings here because why limit yourself?! These treats are filled with my homemade raspberry jam and my kumquat marmalade to bring a bit of citrus burst to these Austrian beauties.
