Linzer Cookies I enjoyed making these, I haven't made cookies in a long time and I was so glad I did, took me back to my childhood eating jammy dodgers. I did switch the recipe up a little as I couldn't get my hands on any hazelnuts, I made mine with cashew nuts and the substitute worked out well. Look forward to making these again when I can see people to share them with, rather than eating them all to myself
