As always, these biscuits turned out beautifully. My one tip is for removing the skins off the hazelnuts. Boil 2 cups of water and add 3 tablespoons of baking soda and then the hazelnuts and boil for about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse well under cold water - the water will be black. Remove the skins - I used paper towel. I rinsed them one last time before toasting them as per Nigella’s recipe.
