Oooh...Linzer Cookies! The pressure’s on for this American living in Austria. Had to survey neighbors about the “real” Linzer Augen. Traditional cut or Christmas charms? Then there was the question of the “correct“ filling. Austrian Marille or rote Ribisel jam? The vote was clear- everyone had their own distinct vision of this sugar plum. So I just made them all!
