A delicious Christmas biscuit recipe that keeps its shape when baked. I found it easier to cut the cookies whilst the dough was chilled. I trialled apricot jam in the star shaped biscuit and it worked well. I am going to make these for friends for Christmas and use a letter cutter to personalise them.
