The perfect loaf to make when you're working from home. It's relaxing, got me away from my computer at regular intervals, and filled the house with what is, undoubtedly, the best smell in the world. I subbed in 100g of wholemeal flour, and gave the top of the loaf a little spritz with water so the sesame seeds would stick.
