I used this recipe to make old fashioned Irish batch bread and substituted the water and soured milk with Kefir yoghurt. It turned out amazing, bringing me back to my childhood in my granny’s house in Dublin. Tasted amazing. Replaced the water and soured milk with kefir yoghurt and worked a treat. Made crostini with mozzarella and anchovies.
