SO UNBELIEVABLY GOOD and ridiculously easy to make. Will definitely make again . I chose to use the sour cream and water method and it made a light pillowy dough. Very little kneading in-between rises. Each and every rise the dough rose bigger and bigger. The only thing you need is time for the dough to rise and bake . It takes approximately 4 hours from start to finish. The finished product was hearty with a soft texture and crusty outside. We tasted the first bite while still hot with butter oozing off the sides. Everyone agreed its a keeper.
