I’ve made this old fashioned sandwich loaf with all purpose flour..and as well with whole-wheat flour...both are amazing. I’ve also added pumpkin...sunflower and flaxseed...it’s a wonderful recipe.very forgiving ..my family’s favourite. This bread toasted is positively delicious...with a nutty flavour! Does not last long in our home at all. We absolutely love it ...I suspect we won’t be buying store bought bread again! Thank you Nigella !
