I could live on bread and cheese, that’s how much I love it. I’ve had to triple this magnificent recipe and give myself freedom apart from the big loaf, to make some boat-shaped rolls for extra crunchiness and pack them with baby spinach, smoked ham, chorizo, yellow and white cheese, my home grown and jarred gherkins, mayo and Nigella’s chilli jello. This bread recipe is heaven!
