Infused with za'atar, delicious with cheese. A wonderful reminder of childhood flavours and delicious sandwiches sent with me to school growing up in South Africa. This easy to make loaf is now a weekly project since sandwich loaves in Toronto can never compare. Can't thank you enough for this recipe!
