I say, don’t mess with what’s not broken. This is the good old fashion white sandwich bread that I made while in lockdown accommodation. The place is freeeeezing so I had to prove the dough near the fireplace. I didn’t have a measuring jug so made do with a 250ml bottle of water to gauge the best I could. There was absolutely nothing fancy about the way this bread was made and it still made the perfect bacon sandwich for a day like most right now, nowhere to go!
