I have a dairy intolerance so I used soya yogurt and a dairy free spread as Nigella suggested and I followed her instructions to the letter as I am not a confident baker. I must say I am very pleased with my efforts, as is my husband and it is not often that we can say that!. I love freshly baked bread with olive oil and salt and this is how I am enjoying the first slice but a bacon and egg sandwich is on the menu for tomorrow's breakfast. Happy.
