When I read though the recipe I was sure I would actually need to use my dough hook for the initial mix or the loaf wouldn't rise after 3 short kneading sessions but I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. This recipe was so simple and easy that I started the process when I made my morning coffee and the warm loaf was ready for lunch. It's delicious toasted or not and this morning we used it for egg in the hole. Already planning the next loaf.
