I've been making my own bread at home for a few years now and just like Nigella I like no knead bread for my daily bread. First of all because I like the taste and consistency and secondly for the ease with which it is made. I must confess that this bread, old fashioned sandwich loaf, is very easy to make, and very tasty. I followed exactly the recipe. I chose to use sour cream and added only some sunflower seeds, poppy seeds and old fashioned oats on top. We liked it a lot.
