Worth the effort I must say, the kitchen aroma was reminiscent of my little local boulangerie in Paris. I think i'll perfect this next time around as I used sour cream for this one and i'll try the buttermilk for a slightly less dense version. Its perfect for tea & toast in the morning though and keeps for days....
