Almost a year later in the pandemic and I can think of nothing better than the most basic of comfort foods to get me through - PBJ on toast. With homemade apricot jam. On THIS toast. Of course, Nigella's Sandwich Loaf is delicious just out of the oven, and with butter, and…It will be high time to get out of lockdown! Until then, keep safe everyone!
