Did not change anything and it was perfectly delicious. Nigella’s recipes have never failed me and this was no exception, well worth the time taken. I should have though, in hindsight, left it to cool for longer before cutting but we couldn’t wait any longer. The whole loaf went on the five of us for lunch, it went perfectly with Nigella’s butternut squash and sweet potato soup.
