I used double cream that was a couple of days over date and did two, double batches, so that I ended up with four loaves. I always batch bake and then freeze the bread, so that we never run out. Typically, I do 6 loaves at a time and cut in half, then freeze, but this was a new recipe, so I wanted to see how it would turn out! It's very light and I've had a good response from the family!
