I always hoped to see Nigella bake bread as I was scared of the idea of baking my own bread. I have always thought of bread making as tedious requiring a mixer and then unsure of the result. However, when I saw Nigella baking this gorgeous loaf on Cook, Eat and Repeat it just made me feel that I can do it (if she says it’s easy I just agree)! This bread is a hit at home and the center piece of the dining table. I paired mine with home made calamondin orange marmalade and salted butter. Thank you for sharing and showing this recipe on the show!! I am going to keep going back to it!
