Recipe was absolutely perfect! The smell as it was baking was intoxicating. I followed the recipe exactly, except for the addition of a bit of raisins. The bread rose beautifully and baked in exactly 45 minutes. I love my raisin toast in the morning with my coffee. This was the best I ever tasted. Delicious!!!
