I found this loaf perfect as a toast with scrambled eggs and cold smoked salmon. With real butter underneath. Utterly delicious. I will definitely make this bread on serveral occasions such as a Saturday evening with shrimps, lobster, scampi and mayonnaise. For the morning breakfast, toasted, with butter and cheese...yum
