Nigella's Old-Fashioned Sandwich Loaf is the triumphant centrepiece for our al fresco lunch. Crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, this loaf is ideal with our assortment of salads and sandwich fillings. Super easy to make, I made one change and used low-fat yogurt in place of the spoilt milk, as this is what I had in the fridge. Even though the temperature here in NZ was 35°C on the day I made the loaf, it turned out perfect. Thanks for the great recipe. @valerieshealthykitchen
