This cake is so light and airy, and yet also rich and decadent at the same time, so best of both worlds. I made this purely for selfish reasons, knowing full well my husband doesn’t care for peanut-chocolate combinations, so I “had to” eat it all by myself...but even he was tempted by how good this cake is!
