Due to the fact that this cake is quite like a Brownie, very substantial, I decided to make Mini Cakes for Valentine's Day for dessert. As always I used Coconut Blossom Sugar instead of normal sugar for the dough and Qimiq instead of Cream double for the icing. They look not perfect, but so is me but nevertheless they taste delicious.
