We made this to lift our spirits during the new lockdown. It worked wonders, and didn’t last long. The cake was light, moist and very tasty. However, the peanut butter frosting really is the stand out element of this sweet delight. We knew it was a winner when an American friend of ours gave it an outstanding review.
