I used the amounts given in the recipe, but I baked three layers in 18 cm cake tin. This method provided me three high, supersoft layers. Filled with the sensational peanut butter cream - the cake turned out to be our new favourite birthday cake. I have to bake it again this weekend as my daughter's anniversary is coming up :)
