A few little tweaks to make this cake gluten free for my fiancé; he is coeliac and will be celebrating his 32nd birthday in lockdown. GF flour, baking powder and bicarb substituted, with a flourish of chocolate nut spread in the frosting on top. I love how adaptable Nigella’s recipes are, and we can’t wait to tuck in!
