I was hesitant about peanut buttercream- me family just not into it, but still was curious to try. Not a big lover of any buttercream myself, I’ve decided to double up cake part and use amount of buttercream given in the recipe. Lovely, grown up flavor cake. As I made it for my birthday and Valentines day, I decorated it with chocolate ganache.
