Hedgerow & Blackberry Guinness & Chocolate Mini Loaves. Using Nigella's original Guinness cake and cream cheese frosting recipe, I used fresh blackberries and a gorgeous hedgerow conserve (and glaze) to fill and decorate the mini loaves. With the hint of spring in the air, I couldn't help but add some edible flowers and herbs to lighten the mood.
