Hello Nigella :) I made this cake just to try it out :) It was lovely, moist and the icing was also wonderful. I decorated the cake with hand made marzipan roses, silver sprinkles and fresh strawberries. Thank you very much for the recipe Nigella, I am sure we will be making this cake more often now :) Also I would like to add that as we are not alcoholic drinkers at our household, I have replaced the Guinness beer with some buttermilk and I think it worked out pretty well. Thank you very much for the recipe once again. :)
