The perfect ending for our St. Patrick's Day dinner! My icing was a bit softer than I expected, but then I realized that the version of the recipe on the website called for cornstarch while the recipe in the Feast cookbook did not. I've made a note in my cookbook to add the cornstarch when I make it again--which I definitely will because it was beautiful and delicious.
