This is my first time entering a cake competition on this website. I love anything to do with chocolate and when this competition came up I knew I had to enter! I have baked a Chocolate Guinness cake topped with creme cheese. I decided to get creative and add a gravity effect by using a Guinness can suspended above my cake to give the optical illusion of pouring a frothy pint. I hope this Saint Patrick's Day's treat will go down well in my house. Delighted to have entered this competition. Best of luck to my fellow bakers!
