After making this recipe the first time last year, it's become popular with my family due to the cake being not too rich thanks to the caster sugar's sweetness counteracting the bitterness of the Guinness! This time, I thought I'd display this as best I can with the Guinness playing cards I bought back in 2003 when I participated in the Special Olympics Dublin, Ireland during my high school years! Ah, what sweet memories (no pun intended)!
