As this third lockdown in the UK has been more tiresome than the previous two, I have found solace and joy in making and delivering birthday cakes for family and friends. The lucky recipient of this Guinness cake, although he could not celebrate with his family and friends this year, did not protest too much as he was able to have his cake mostly to himself for once!
