Dear Nigella and Team!! Thank you for this great recipe!! Perfect for a cherry blossom viewing party! Since the ingredients such as butter and sourcream are super expensive here, I reduced the recipe by half, resulting in a quite low cake. Nontheless I think it looks somewhat cute with my dairy-free frosting and topped with some secretly picked cherry blossoms! Third time trying and yours very hopeful to win, Oxana from Japan!
