My hubby's birthday is the day before St Paddy's day and his favourite tipple is Guinness which can only be appreciated poured slowly in a pub which unfortunately are still all closed !! So this cheered him up no end lol !! I made it 2 tier as the bottom fell out of my springform tin !! So I had to put it in a smaller tin and then cooked it for less time
